Josh Wilcox
Founder & Principal Consultant
I’m Josh Wilcox and I founded Wilcox Operational Consultants to help advisor-led firms build the structure, systems, and culture they need to grow with confidence. After more than a decade in financial services—spanning roles in advising, training, and operational leadership—I’ve seen firsthand how great advisors can struggle to scale their businesses without sacrificing client relationships.
In my current role, I’ve led enterprise operations for a network of independent offices with over 100 advisors, driving a 25% increase in network revenue in 2024. My passion lies in helping firms align their teams, simplify processes, and build organizations that run smoothly—so founders can focus on what they do best: serving their clients and growing their vision.

What do you do when you’re not working?
Living in Denver, CO if we aren’t working we’re probably outside! We love to hike, run, and bike our way through our home city and the surrounding mountains. We’re parents to two amazing dogs, and three wonderful cats who keep us busy. When we’re inside you’ll find us reading a good book, playing video games, or catching up on the latest TV and movies.
